Commission Terms of Service

GENERAL
This is a collaborative account by Shikisei and Syunthia. By requesting a commission from SEI✦SYUN, you acknowledge that any and all work posted under SEI✦SYUN is completed by both artists.PAYMENTS
✦ Payments are due up front unless discussed otherwise. We do not take payment plans.
✦ Payments will be sent to Syunthia's account by default. Do not worry about having to split payments for SEI✦SYUN, Syunthia will take care of that.
✦ Payments are to be paid within 24 hours unless discussed otherwise. Failure to do so will have your request declined.REVISIONS
✦ You get up to 3 revisions for free.
✦ Please state everything you wish edited at once, instead of requesting for multiple edits.
✦ Edits sent in all at once counts as 1 revision. If you sent in multiple edits separately, it'll count as separated revisions each.
✦ After 3 revisions, there will be a surcharge for each additional revisions.
✦ Anything that was on your reference that we missed will be edited with no surcharge.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✦ Turnaround time is 2 weeks to 3 months. We most likely do not require such a long turnaround time, however the long deadline is there in case we do. We'll make sure to give you your commissions by end of 3 months unless communicated otherwise.USE
✦ Please credit us whether it be SEI✦SYUN VGen, or linked individually back to Shikisei and Syunthia.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
By commissioning us, you're purchasing our artist labor only.
We retain all copyrights over our work, unless if exclusive rights were requested.✦ NDA or not publicly posting commission comes at an additional cost. Once bought, we will not post your commission anywhere, including on VGen.
✦ We will respect your request to not publicly post your commission. No explanation necessary.
✦ We cannot claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/ resell the image for personal and commercial projects unless agreed upon.
✦ We reserve the rights to reject your commission proposal without question. This includes if you did not follow the rules for said request.REFUNDS
✦ Once negotiation is completed and we start on your commission, we cannot refund you the full amount. This is negotiable depending on the state of the commission. Fully untouched status can have a full refund, however once I've started on the sketch and more, you will only be eligible for 75% or lesser refunded.
✦ Once the work is completed We cannot refund it.COMMUNICATION
✦ We will use VGen messaging system to contact you.
✦ We suggest you provide at least an email for contact, as that is where we will try to contact you next after you don't reply on VGen.

Adoptable Terms of Service

✦You can resell, trade or gift the design. (Resell at same price or lower, + commissioned pieces of artists' allow.)USE
